Zucchini cheddar quick bread

In this tasty bread, baking soda and baking powder are used instead of yeast, which makes the bread really easy to make because everything is mixed in one bowl and you don't need to wait for the batter to rise. The flavour is amazingly rich and savoury, partly due to the grated cheese.
