Alempana suomeksi Potatoe chap is again one dish I have learned from my Iraqi family, like kubbah hammute. Not a very easy dish to make, might need couple of times before you get the idea of handling of the potatoe, or maybe you are lucky and get it right the first time. Don’t be scared of the idea of handling sticky mashed potatoe, it is certainly worth the try! You tube might be a good help here. trying to explain with words how to formulate the mashed ball with meat filling is not very simple.
